SubscribePeople are under a lot of emotional strain outside of work because of the uncertainties of what's happening. I've seen that level of pressure within the teams. So I think you're going to have to do more hand holding during the pandemic. We've tried to do that across the board.

Burnout and mental health is certainly an issue for many workers. It's certainly an issue for healthcare workers. They don't want to live like their parents. My two daughters, they're born in 78 and 81. And I think for a long time, they've made it clear to me, as much as they want to progress in their career, they don't want to work like I've worked. They don't want to have what I've had in terms of the push and the responsibility and at times what that means in terms of the impact on your family and home life.
