SubscribePre-pandemic, on average, on any single day we would have about 100 people working remotely. When the pandemic hit us we had to pivot to virtual very quickly. In about 48 hours we were at 4,000 people working remotely. A third of our workforce remains working remotely and in terms of work productivity we haven't seen any dips.
