SubscribeThe overarching strategy in healthcare is that we're just trying to solve problems with solutions, not technology. It sometimes takes a lot of technology to make those things happen but the hospitals, the clinicians and the patients shouldn't have to think about that.

The digital strategy for urban and rural is different. In an urban setting there's much more of a likelihood that those consumers will have access to broadband coverage and cell coverage. Some of our rural markets may still have dial up at home. So you’ve got to figure out that kind of last mile. Make sure they're not disadvantaged purely based on where they geographically live.

For many of these big tech companies, the innovation version they use is to go ahead and spend a lot of money and try a bunch of stuff. And if it doesn't work, that's okay. We learned something from that experiment that will roll into our next experiment.
