There's this belief that if we get to scale we're going to be able to do things that other health systems can’t do. And we're going to be able to weather the storms. And that did play out during the pandemic.

Microsoft, Intel and World Wide Technology’s hybrid cloud solution really helps health systems to scale and have greater optics for the patient and population longitudinal journey. Clinical resources are thin right now. We see that the numbers entering med school are starting to increase a little bit but you can't train a doctor or nurse overnight. It takes time. The AAMC noted shortages last year between 21,000 to 55,000 for primary care physicians.

As we're trying to climb our way out of the pandemic, patients really need more than ever complex care and we have the ability to provide that. But just like you're seeing in different national media, inflation and the cost of taking care of patients has gone up. So a lot of us are still trying to figure out how do we climb out of not just the pandemic but really some of the financial challenges that I think we're all dealing with.
