SubscribeOur employee engagement has actually increased during the pandemic which we were quite surprised to see. We feel good about how we are managing through it. People feel like they're contributing to the pandemic and not suffering from it. That made a big difference for us.

The two biggies are safe automation and patient engagement, patient empowerment. And then if you, move away from the technology side, it's teams, right? The care team is what's going to make the difference. And everybody working at top of license in a properly staffed environment. And I think that's a huge part of what's going on now. There's not enough nurses, there's not enough PAs, there's not enough doctors. So the ones that are staying behind are just doing more and more and more.

From a technology perspective we were really able to mobilize and change the workforce. We moved 50 call center agents to remote work. We pushed 500 corporate employees to be remote as well. I’m proud to say we performed and completed that in about a week.
