SubscribeThere’s a lot of folks in healthcare that are exceptionally blinders based. They're super insular. They just want to do their own thing. No judgment there but in terms of actually moving the needle I think there's going to have to be a lot of partnerships.

The two biggies are safe automation and patient engagement, patient empowerment. And then if you, move away from the technology side, it's teams, right? The care team is what's going to make the difference. And everybody working at top of license in a properly staffed environment. And I think that's a huge part of what's going on now. There's not enough nurses, there's not enough PAs, there's not enough doctors. So the ones that are staying behind are just doing more and more and more.

A lot of offices are saying, you know what, maybe we don't need to go back to the office at all. If I can save on the real estate and equip somebody better in their home maybe that's a better way to do it. And maybe I get access to a broader talent pool.
