SubscribeThere’s a great business book “Yes, And instead of But, No.” The concept in IT tends to be, we're overwhelmed so the answer is no. And then shut down all the creative thoughts that happen after that. I want to get to the kind of culture where we don't have that.
Mark Weisman, CMIO
Automation is not only in our DNA, it's on our skin as well. Our customers can basically enter at whatever level of the stack they want. You can go straight to the API bindings and create your own workflow and then have at it. You want to grab something that's just built for the VRA portal so you can stick us in your service portal and just use what we've built or what the community's built. Have at it. Automation is a huge part of our philosophy.
Brian Farmintino, New Hanover Regional Medical Center

Some are really good at end point. Being able to collaborate as a team, it’s amazing what doors will open and what information we get through that.
Joshua Murray, Geisinger
