There’s more skepticism and less trust when you look at some of the new tech entrants into the healthcare space. This signals the need to figure out, how do you communicate? How are you being a good steward of people's data? And how will you use that going forward to build trust?

The Johnson and Johnson vaccine changes everything. Especially in rural American places where it’s literally a nurse and a car driving around say Iowa or South Dakota. Hundreds of miles per day to get to little towns where there's only 35 people with part of the logistics is keeping this stuff at sub-zero temperatures. And then do it all again in 2 weeks.
