If we look at what people went through in 2020 and well into 2021, people are exhausted. You come to value and appreciate people in a different way. You come to know and work with them in a different way. There were also many natural disasters on top of the pandemic. I know a CIO in Michigan. They had a huge flood. He had people on his team who lost their homes that were staying with him in his house.
