SubscribeWe have this program called Inception which is a startup program that now nurtures more than 12,000 startups across industries. Healthcare is the largest segment within our inception program members. I oversee 1800 healthcare AI startups globally. And with that, we see many innovations in AI across medical imaging, instruments, drug discovery, genomics, and analytics.

I think that we're finally having to break through on how to equalize and equilibrate the inequities we have in healthcare. The fact that we can move knowledge, not people. The fact that we can get care using different tools from urban centers where expertise exists, into rural areas. Anything we can do to reduce the health inequities in the country is positive. And I’m starting to see glimmers for the first time in my career that we are going in that direction.

Burnout and mental health is certainly an issue for many workers. It's certainly an issue for healthcare workers. They don't want to live like their parents. My two daughters, they're born in 78 and 81. And I think for a long time, they've made it clear to me, as much as they want to progress in their career, they don't want to work like I've worked. They don't want to have what I've had in terms of the push and the responsibility and at times what that means in terms of the impact on your family and home life.
