If you know anyone working in vaccination efforts, thank them. It’s challenging work - lots of sleepless days, nights and weekends – all-consuming, thinking about how you can do things better or faster. Having to know the inter-related intricacies is significant – a minor change in one strategy can impact the execution of another in a big way. You have to be vigilant, creative, and wake-up thinking of ways you can keep driving to make a bigger impact.
Some care is not going to be able to be delivered virtually, because you can build the slickest algorithm in the world, but if it says you have chest pain, that's going to be a pretty short algorithm. It's gonna say go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
During the pandemic I've seen a lot of focus on mental health and mental health programs, which is great. There's so much relation between your mental health and your physical health. If you’re really stressed that's when you don't eat well or might not exercise. What are employers doing to encourage a more active lifestyle for people?
