SubscribeJust before COVID hit, we were already talking about more remote radiology viewing stations at home. We'd set up about 6 of them. Two weeks into COVID, we had 50 up and running. That's an example of a new workflow that will almost for sure be sustained, because in private practice radiology, more radiologists are starting to work from home.

Interoperability is the biggest thorn in clinicians sides. When I'm in the exam room I think about it constantly. I can't see where my patient went when they got their colonoscopy. And someone has to fax it to me if I ask three times. Then I'll get a piece of paper on my desk.

We think about products with something we call the golden thread which is, products don't stand alone anymore. You can't just run off and instantiate a video visit without engaging all of the other products. You’ve had the visit. Now what? How does the data flow? How does the patient experience flow? What about patient automation messaging?
