Do you have the capabilities in your cybersecurity team to try to figure out how to go help them? Is there some kind of cybersecurity arrangement in your agreement that you will help them? All these contracts are built differently but being conservative would be my recommendation. Be conservative and make sure that your ecosystem is as secure as you can make it, because the last thing you want is for the host to become contaminated.
