Back in the day, the C-suite didn't understand IT, they didn't really want to talk about it. Board. Same thing. Now they actually understand, they've been through EHR implementations. They grew up with this stuff. So they're actually quite capable of handling the conversation with you in terms of change management. So you're much less the sole authority. You're much more the team player and the orchestrator of the conversation.
