And during the pandemic I’ve heard people saying that they miss their commute because it was a break between office and work. I also think there's a difference of energy that you get when you see somebody in person. So I think a hybrid model is going to be the best.

Take a little bit of time up front before you engage in the technology. Get the security engineering happening, get the design, get the process and get the playbooks put into place. It can save you on the investments significantly because people are your key resource. If we can get people engaged, they're going to catch a high majority of these phish attacks that are coming in.

Clearly care has shifted and telehealth and virtual care is here to stay. How do we continue to make it work? Patient satisfaction surveys and claims data from CMS demonstrate that many Americans have come to see telehealth as one of the most positive improvements to our nation's healthcare system in recent memory. It's being accepted. Our providers are making it work. Our providers are accepting it. So it's a no brainer to me.
