The business of healthcare is a business that none of us think about using until we actually are forced to use it. And then, when we are there living and breathing it we expect world-class care.

Pre-pandemic, on average, on any single day we would have about 100 people working remotely. When the pandemic hit us we had to pivot to virtual very quickly. In about 48 hours we were at 4,000 people working remotely. A third of our workforce remains working remotely and in terms of work productivity we haven't seen any dips.
