Apple Patch Day: Code Execution Flaws in iPhones, iPads, macOS

Apple has addressed a critical set of vulnerabilities across its device platforms, rolling out updates for iPhones, iPads, and macOS following the exploitation of a zero-day flaw in older iOS versions. The security updates fix 16 vulnerabilities, highlighting a memory corruption issue (CVE-2024-23296) in RTKit related to Apple’s embedded operating systems which impact nearly all Apple devices.
