And it's not in alignment with our C-suite. It's when we've conjured up some kind of idea that we think is going to be the blockbuster idea. And then we started going down that route without bringing in the proper stakeholders.

There's always something more that you can do in regards to security risks. But given the dual roles I serve in and the fact that Faith Regional is not going to have a security team of 50 people, we leverage very smart contracts with other vendors. Not managed services but advisory type services, making sure that we're informed.

We are all in this healthcare business because we want to serve. And usually, for the most part, we are optimistic. We want the best things to happen. And so when we have Merger and Acquisition on the vendor side, and we have M&A on the provider side, we want all the right things to happen. And I think a lot of times when it comes together, we anticipate that all these good things are going to happen but as Mike Tyson says, everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.
