Sebastian Estades' passion for healthcare started early, with over 500 volunteer hours at Jackson South Medical Center during high school. This dedication propelled him through a pre-med track in college, where he obtained his EMT-B certification and gained valuable clinical experience in the ER and Fire Rescue. His internship at the UF Health Shands Lung Transplant Center further solidified his commitment to improving patient experience, where he collaborated closely with medical staff during the time that the Meaningful Use program (HITECH Act) was under way.
Recognizing the power of technology to revolutionize healthcare, Sebastian transitioned to tech sales after graduation. Over the past 13 years, he's honed his skills and leadership, fueled by a passion for delivering innovative solutions that transform how organizations operate and serve patients.
Currently, as the Healthcare Lead for ChromeOS at Google, Sebastian leverages his EMBA and deep healthcare expertise to craft and execute impactful go-to-market strategies. This enables him to drive ChromeOS adoption and ultimately, enhance patient and clinician satisfaction.
