Most recently, as HealthEdge General Manager, Sagnik led next gen core solutions for health plans and payers. Prior to this, Sagnik served as Head of Payer & Provider Initiatives at PatientPing accelerating development and go-to-market of a national patient-centered care coordination platform. Sagnik had a distinguished career at Epic where he led the Population Health division, spearheading the creation of an industry leading population health platform, Healthy Planet, and led the outpatient EHR (EpicCare) group through a period of rapid growth to become the leading EHR platform in the US and beyond.
