If you go back to the core mission of what is healthcare here for? What is the mission? Essentially it's about patient care, about patient safety. And if that's not happening, then undoubtedly, you're impacting the patient in an adverse way.

I can train somebody to surf LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter, gather some basic reconnaissance, have some basic template emails already built out and educate that person to create a very compelling email. There needs to be more investment in cybersecurity across the board for healthcare. I understand a lot of factors play into it from budget and resource standpoints. There's a lot of constraints. But I think one of the remedies is understanding who is being attacked in your environment. There’s a lot of data and research about where bad actors are focusing their time and energy.
