PV SubbaRao is a global technology leader with 25+yrs of hands-on, result oriented, diverse experience of managing enterprise-wide sales, executive relationship management, technology consulting, operations, and building high-performance teams.

Currently PV is heading Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical at Rackspace Technology. Focus includes growth (sale and revenue acceleration) and operations in a general management capacity by working with super talented leaders representing various segments of Healthcare and Life Sciences across Americas, Europe and Middle East and Asia Pacific Japan. Prior to this, PV lead Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales and Delivery across Americas at Rackspace, delivered exceptional performance of growth working with amazing managing directors, client executives, and delivery leaders that drove formidable relationships in existing and new-logo clients, leading us going public in Aug 2020.

Previously, he was a Client Executive at NTT DATA Services (formerly Dell Services) for the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business unit. PV was part of managing over $175M annual global P&L for strategic healthcare provider accounts in the US western region of NTT DATA Services and lead an integrated team of consulting and delivery teams.

PV was previously with UnitedHealth Group as a Director to increase global adoption, and was instrumental in enhancing captive operations and leading over $185M cost take out program. PV was also part of Optum(Services arm of UHG), in assessing various acquisitions over the years for global potential and led product engineering efforts for revenue cycle and billing solutions (now part of Optum360).

Prior to it, PV was with Wipro for over 11 years in multiple roles across different geographies. PV was part of Wipro’s executive client engagement management team that ran Wipro’s services business in North America which was a $1 billion operation across all verticals of e-Business service lines and $250 million operations in Healthcare vertical.

PV received a Masters from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, MBA from Emory University/ Goizueta Business School and is based out of Orange County, California.
