Hattiesburg Clinic has initiated its Onboarding Academy to enhance physician satisfaction through effective onboarding, while Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group has successfully hired nearly 250 physicians in 2023 by fostering a supportive work environment and streamlining recruitment efforts.
