Top influencers of satisfaction include proactive issue ownership (44%), ability to achieve outcomes (26%), upgrade experience quality (25%), communication on development & roadmap (24%), guidance/recommendations (24%), communication about bugs/ issues (23%), staff knowledge/empowerment (23%), system tailorability (20%), actionable reporting/insights accessibility (19%), implementation/training (16%), touchpoints regularity (13%), and integration needs support (11%).
