Ohio's Rural Hospitals Unite to Form a Clinically Integrated System

Twenty-six rural hospitals in Ohio have formed the Ohio High Value Network (OHVN) to create a clinically integrated system aimed at serving 2.5 million patients. By sharing clinical and operational strategies, the network intends to improve care coordination, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance healthcare efficiency in rural areas. Covering 37 of Ohio's 88 counties and one hospital in West Virginia, the OHVN is open to expanding its membership. Cibolo Health will oversee the network's daily management, led by key figures Nathan H. White and Dr. A. Clinton MacKinney.
