Emergency room nurse Maranda Bradshaw highlights how AI can alleviate cognitive fatigue by breaking down complex procedures into simpler steps, allowing nurses to concentrate on patient care. With nurses currently spending around 132 minutes on documentation during their shifts, AI tools are expected to streamline this process by anticipating documentation needs, thus providing more time for patient interaction.
