Martha’s Vineyard Hospital is finalizing a workforce housing project to help retain healthcare staff and maintain essential services. Situated on a 26-acre site, the development includes a 48-unit apartment building, along with duplexes and townhouses featuring over 70 bedrooms, all prefabricated in Pennsylvania.
