Health Catalyst Acquires Intraprise Health to Strengthen Cybersecurity in Healthcare

Health Catalyst has acquired Intraprise Health, a cybersecurity firm, for approximately $43 million to strengthen its healthcare data management and cybersecurity capabilities. The transaction, which includes cash and about 2.2 million shares of common stock, aims to integrate Intraprise's cybersecurity risk management platform with Health Catalyst's existing systems. This partnership is intended to enhance risk management and information security, helping clients develop cyber resilience programs. In its third-quarter report for 2024, Health Catalyst reported revenues of $76.4 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $7.3 million, indicating a positive financial trend following a previous net loss.
