David Quirke Named Chief Digital and Information Officer For Marshall Health Network

David Quirke has been named chief digital and information officer for Marshall Health Network (MHN). His appointment became effective Oct. 1. Quirke had been serving as the system's interim chief information officer since September 2024. “With more than 28 years of experience in health care IT, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be instrumental in advancing our digital platforms and technological performance,” said Scott Raynes, CEO and president, MHN. “He will lead our efforts to make clinical information more accessible to physicians and clinicians and ensure that privacy and security remain top priorities.”
