Cone Health to become part of Risant Health

Cone Health has signed an agreement to join Risant Health, pending regulatory approvals. As part of this collaboration, Cone Health aims to expand access to value-based care within North Carolina. Risant Health, a nonprofit created by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, focuses on integrating organizations to deliver superior health outcomes through value-based care. Despite this new affiliation, Cone Health will retain its brand, leadership, and continue serving its community. This move marks Risant Health's continued expansion, following its integration with Geisinger earlier this year.
