Hackensack Meridian Health, Amazon One Medical Partner to Improve Care Access in NJ

Amazon One Medical and Hackensack Meridian Health have joined forces to open over 20 clinics in New Jersey, aiming to improve access to primary care services. Launched in 2023, this collaboration positions Hackensack as a specialty care referral partner for Amazon One Medical, promoting integration between primary and specialty care. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new clinic in Edgewater was held on June 17, where Hackensack CEO Robert Garrett highlighted the necessity of these centers. The initiative will see additional clinics in locations like Jersey City and Englewood, addressing healthcare accessibility in the state. This partnership is part of Amazon One Medical's broader strategy to enhance healthcare through its network of health system collaborations across the U.S.
