AHA Sues Feds Over Privacy Warning About Web Tracker Use

American Hospital Association (AHA) and three other groups sue U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) over claim that hospital web tracking potentially violates HIPAA. AHA also seeks injunction to stop HHS from taking enforcement action against member hospitals for web tracking.
