Advocate Health is implementing an ambitious artificial intelligence strategy to streamline clinical documentation, evaluating 225 solutions to enhance healthcare efficiency without displacing clinicians. Central to this initiative is Microsoft's DAX Copilot, which assists nearly 7,000 clinicians in drafting clinical notes, aiming to expand to 12,000 by year-end. This approach not only reduces documentation time by up to 65%, alleviating administrative burdens and decreasing reliance on scribes, but also enhances diagnostic capabilities in imaging through tools like Aidoc and Rad AI.
