As AI adoption accelerates, the IT industry faces a significant shift in required skillsets, yet 90% of executives admit they lack a clear understanding of their teams’ AI proficiency. While there is widespread recognition of AI’s potential to eliminate positions, 96% of IT workers are prioritizing learning AI skills to secure their roles. Despite these concerns, 81% of IT pros remain confident they can adapt to AI, highlighting the urgent need for organizations to invest in upskilling to navigate the AI-driven future.
