Lynn is a senior health care regulatory lawyer and strategic advisor for health care and life sciences companies with over 40 years of experience navigating clients through health care regulatory, reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), compliance, health policy challenges, health care mergers and acquisitions, and health care fraud enforcement, including anti-kickback and false claims investigations (DOJ/qui tam cases). Her clients include health care and life sciences companies focused on the U.S. market and private equity and venture capital firms investing in such companies.

In addition to representing traditional medical device companies, She is advising on commercialization strategies and compliance related to artificial intelligence, digital health (including prescription digital therapeutics), and telemedicine.
