Justin Brueck serves as the System Vice President for Innovation and Research at Endeavor Health (formerly NorthShore—Edward-Elmhurst Health), Illinois' third-largest health system. Since joining Endeavor Health in 2010 as a fellow, he has held leadership roles across radiology, laboratory medicine, and hospital operations.

Brueck now serves as the administrative lead of the Mark R. Neaman Center for Personalized Medicine—the largest clinical genomics-based program in the country—the Davis Family Center for Preventive Genomics, the Endeavor Health Research Institute, and the Grainger Center for Simulation and Innovation.

He is passionate about healthcare innovation and how health systems leverage their unique position to drive a multiplier effect, helping transform the industry for patients, team members and communities. Current areas of focus include advancing clinical genomics as part of routine care, fostering partnerships across the industry and accelerating innovation through data, care enablement, workforce empowerment and enhanced omnichannel access.

A resident of Glenview, he enjoys spending time with his best friend and wife, Julie, and their six children. Outside of work, he's often found near a soccer field as a coach, biking with little people in tow, or tickling the ivories thanks to his parents' love of music.
