Randy Fusco

Randy is a healthcare technology strategist having successfully served as CTO and C-level executive for several billion dollar healthcare organizations including Baylor Scott & White Health System, Microsoft Health & Life Sciences, Change Healthcare, TEKsystems Global Services Healthcare and now Clearsense. He started his career in the mid 1990's in the US Air Force as an Emergency Medical Technician and medical specialist supporting numerous clinical services including medical surgical units and ICUs. Understanding how physicians and caregivers operate has provided him invaluable experience in designing software products and achieving adoption of solutions and services. Randy's focus is to assist healthcare organizations to achieve quantifiable value through the use of technology, especially SaaS-based products for data analytics. He prides himself on exceptional professionalism, integrity, dedication, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship building. Randy enjoys leading initiatives around healthcare interoperability, data analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, cloud transformation and digital transformation (patient engagement) and is experienced in building channel partnerships and sales engagements with AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Tableau, Red Hat and many other leading product vendors. His experience building and managing teams ranges from sales, consulting, software engineering, product development, data management, and operations has uniquely prepared him to have a significant impact across the healthcare industry and enable health organizations to successfully deliver value through technology while balancing the core business of patient care.
