Melissa Morris

Melissa Morris is the CEO and Founder of Lantum. Lantum is a transformative workforce scheduling, engagement and payments platform used by over 3,000 healthcare organizations in the UK. Melissa is a fellow on the NHS Innovation Accelerator as well as an alumni on the Cedars-Sinai Innovation Accelerator. Lantum has raised over $30M in Venture Capital and employs 110 people. They recently launched in the US, working with Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Melissa previously worked as a management consultant at Mckinsey & Co, where she focused on transformation projects within healthcare. Melissa is passionate about large scale transformation in healthcare with a through its workforce.
