As a Senior Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the US Army, Kevin leads the strategic planning, implementation, and management of information technology and communications systems Enterprise-Wide for one of the largest and most complex organizations in the world. With 25+ years of experience in the military industry and a strong focus on Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, and Emergency Management. Kevin's core competencies include executive leadership, business strategy, organizational change management, team management, operational planning, and government relations. He holds an MBA and an MSIS from Baylor University, with a certificate in healthcare administration. Kevin is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance the quality, efficiency, and security of healthcare services for our soldiers and their families. He is also committed to supporting the mission and vision of the US Army and its partners in the Pacific region and beyond.
