John Gaede CPHIMS | MT (ASCP), CLS | ThM is the Director of Information Services at Sky Lakes Medical Center (SLMC) providing strategic leadership, management, and ongoing vision to SLMC’s Information Services team – innovating and saving lives. Sky Lakes Medical Center is an Oregon not-for-profit community hospital committed to providing the highest quality care for their community while serving as the pre-eminent healthcare center in South Central Oregon. John has twenty years of professional Information Technology leadership and nine years of clinical experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. John is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems – (CPHIMS), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and completed a ThM (Master of Theology) in New Testament studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Kansas University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Tabor College. John currently resides in Klamath Falls Oregon with his wife Shelli and together they have six children, four boys and two girls.
