Jason Elrod is VP and CISO of MultiCare Health System and founder of Limitless Cyber, an executive advisory practice focused on healthcare organizations, health IT companies, and PE-backed portfolio companies. With more than 30 years in cybersecurity — the last decade-plus in healthcare — he specializes in AI governance, regulatory compliance, and security programs that enable clinical and operational innovation. Named CISO of the Year (Large Enterprise) at the 2025 Pacific Northwest ORBIE Awards, Jason is also co-author of Cyber CISO Marksmanship (CRC Press, 2024) and a Global Ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI.
