Erin Osbourn

Erin is the Former CIO for the NY Hotel Trades Council & Hotel Assoc. of NYC Employee Benefit Funds. Erin drives business outcomes through innovative healthcare technical solutions, strategic planning, and infrastructure deployments that create cost savings and increase efficiency. She guides multi-million-dollar healthcare organizations through end-to-end security and compliance and thrives in complex environments. As a mentor and coach, Erin is known for empowering team members to achieve their unique definitions of success. Examples of her recent career highlights include: ► Realized millions in savings over two years as CIO of the NY Hotel Trades Council & the Hotel Association of NYC, Employee Benefits Fund by establishing criteria for accounting procedures, financial reports, IT spend, and budget forecasts. ► Led the transformation and modernization of cloud-based capabilities that minimized user downtime by engaging C-level peers to support the strategic technology vision. ► Directed our application development team in recreating, managing, and deploying the application and benefits calculation process to administer payments for the $1B pension benefit fund following a pension merger. In addition to Erin's professional experience, she earned a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and Health Informatics from Boston University. Erin is also a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) and Project Management Professional.
