About
A highly accomplished leader in the field of software and technology, I have a keen sense of leadership and business acumen. With a demonstrable history of success in the field, I am skilled at both technology implementation, as well as strategic vision. I have a track record of success in crafting action plans for software, hardware, network, and database standards, as well as for software development methodology, tools, and processes. In my current role with Bryan Health, I lead the project management office (PMO) for this nonprofit healthcare organization. I develop the organization’s IT strategy, lead advisory teams through the full cycle of various projects, and conduct project management training to enhance leaders throughout the organization and project managers’ abilities to apply key principles. I have successfully delivered savings of nearly $900K by earning a performance rebate from Epic Systems due to the organization’s adoption and the performance of the system. Some other highlights of my tenure with the organization include: • Leading the implementation of Epic software across the entire organization, guiding a project team of over 130, and managing a multi-million-dollar budget. • Developing the project management methodology now used by the entire Bryan Health organization. • Directing the rollout of the ambulatory clinics’ first electronic health records (EHR) system, Allscripts, and upgrading the system from manual processes to an efficient electronic system.
