Over the last year we have established working at a speed and pace that I don't think is sustainable for the long haul. I know a lot of other colleagues across the globe who feel the same way. It's just draconian as far as the amount of work. This is what happens when the industry continues to evolve. But it’s got to get to a pace that we are going to be able to manage in the near future.
