In his current role at GWMFA, Chopra oversees information services, technology, enterprise portfolio management, process excellence, and information security. He coordinates processes related to the MFA’s overarching strategic plan, leads the Achieving Quality and Outcomes strategy, and plays an integral part in the Cultural Leadership Team. Specific initiatives related to improving access and overall patient experience include deploying online booking, launching a “reduce-the-clicks” campaign, completing a total telecommunication transformation, and deploying mobile check-in and virtual care.
