Bruce Cerullo

Bruce Cerullo is the Board Chair at Nordic Consulting Group.

Over the past 35 years in healthcare, Bruce has held numerous executive leadership and board positions. He assumed Nordic’s Chairman and CEO role in December of 2015. In July of 2019 he hired his CEO successor and remains company Chair. He also currently serves as an Operating Partner with SV Health Investors, a Boston based PE firm, and is an active investor in the healthcare services and IT sectors.

Bruce is the former Chairman and CEO of Vitalize Consulting Solutions (VCS), a healthcare IT consulting firm. He came to VCS with the acquisition of Lucida Staffing Group, where he served as lead investor and COB. Prior to VCS, Bruce was the Chairman of Cross Country Staffing, Inc. (CCRN), a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions and CEO of TravCorps - which merged with Cross Country in 1999. Earlier in his career he held leadership positions with other healthcare-related companies.

A native of Wakefield, Massachusetts, Bruce earned a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MS from Penn State.
