Billy Oglesby is the Dean for the Jefferson College of Population Health. Billy is a results-driven senior leader with more than 20 years of consulting, operational, and executive experience improving population health outcomes, driving operational efficiency, and expanding access to prevention and care services. He has a solid track record of success in academic medical centers, integrated and specialty delivery systems, government agencies, community-based organizations, and the private sector. Billy enjoys the challenge of developing competitive strategies that drive value and growth, leading cross-functional teams that translate strategies into efficient and effective operational tactics, and exceeding target performance and expectations through service excellence.
