We believe that no family should lose a child to cancer
Having a child with cancer is one of the most painful and difficult situations a family can face. At Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, they understand the personal side of a diagnosis, the resources needed, and the impact that funded research can have for better treatments and more cures.
In 2023, This Week Health worked to raise $50,000 and ended up raising $55,620.
Now, This Week Health and their community of Health IT Leaders are working to hit an even bigger goal: $100,000.
Keep an eye out all year long to see how you can support Alex's Lemonade Stand.

Captain, our beloved service dog, will be at ViVE and HIMSS raising money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. All you have to do is post a selfie with Captain and #CaptainLemonade! Not only do you get to greet our lovable goofball, but we will make a donation for every person in the photo!
Alex’s Lemonade Stand is a leader in funding childhood cancer research and accelerating cures. When Alexandra (Alex) Scott was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, she decided to host a lemonade stand to raise money for the doctors who were trying to help her and other kids with cancer.
Starting with that single lemonade stand in 2000, today they have donated over $250M.
This Week Health is thrilled to partner with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Together, we can end childhood cancer one connection at a time.
