ThriveAP, an educational platform from UPMC Enterprises, aims to accelerate the onboarding of new advanced practitioners through education and mentorship, and has gained support from a significant portion of health leaders. The research by KLAS Research and the CCM involved interviews with 27 executives, focusing on their priorities in improving clinical staffing through innovative solutions.
