As the Head of Technology Infrastructure and Cybersecurity at St. Joseph’s Health, my primary mission is to lead multiple teams of technology innovators and guide the healthcare system through a digital transformation. In this capacity, I am responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to align with strategic goals, implementing the latest technology to support business operations, and ensuring the security and integrity of all data and systems. As the dedicated Information Security Officer, I draw upon my extensive expertise in Information Security Operations, Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance to safeguard protected data. I oversee multiple divisions including Infrastructure Services, Information Security, Data and Device Integration, Telecommunications & AV Services, Digital Strategy, and Clinical Engineering.

I hold a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University, where I focused on transforming organizations and expanding management competencies. Additionally, I possess a Master’s in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems and Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. As an information technology and security champion, I regularly contribute to articles, podcasts, and webinars and speak at national-level events to promote best practices and technology adoption. Furthermore, my passion for developing others has driven me to mentor and coach top talent in the technology field.
